The Leuchtturm Lounge penthouse is a light-filled loft with incredibly spacious rooms and a breathtaking ceiling height spanning two levels in the living area. A spiral staircase leads to the expansive mezzanine, a true architectural highlight, featuring a dream bedroom with air conditioning and a TV, an office, and a small, exclusive en-suite shower room. Another highlight is undoubtedly the huge south-facing roof terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and furnished with a dining set and an extra-large beach chair. Life unfolds in the exceptionally spacious living and dining area, which adjoins a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. The comfortable sofas and generous dining area offer ample space for a relaxing holiday. Through a combination of sophisticated design, high-quality materials, and warm colors, the interior designer has succeeded in creating a wonderful living atmosphere. There are two further spacious bedrooms, which, like the mezzanine bedroom, feature high-quality Ruf box-spring beds (180x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, TVs, and blackout blinds, as well as another exclusive shower room. Both bathrooms are equipped with a radio. A washing machine is integrated into the kitchen. The penthouse (2nd floor) includes a reserved underground parking space. There is no elevator. Due to the open staircase and mezzanine, the penthouse is not necessarily suitable for small children.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
