It is one of the oldest buildings on the Oestergaard estate – the Old Watermill (140 sq m), built in 1864. Feel transported back to bygone eras while enjoying modern comforts – thanks to the stylish combination of preserved, rustic elements with contemporary technology and standards.

Idyllically situated by the estate's pond, with south- and west-facing terraces and a private boat dock, the Old Watermill can accommodate up to eight people. It features four bedrooms, a large living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sofa, as well as two bathrooms.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
