This charming, modern and stylishly furnished holiday home with a direct view of the Schlei and its spaciousness offers space for up to 9 people. The 1700 m², lovingly landscaped garden facing south is a play paradise for the children or your four-legged friend. The entire property is fenced with a fence about one meter high. Enjoy the evening on one of the two terraces while the children play in the huge adventure sandpit. Make yourself comfortable on one of the beautiful garden loungers and enjoy the view. Or take a walk to the nearby Selker Noor - a quiet tributary of the Schlei, which is also perfect for stand-up paddling. In the evenings, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the antique wood-tiled stove. A relaxing bath in the large triangular whirlpool (also very nice for two people) with a direct view of the water is of course a must. Another highlight of the house is the cozy, separate sauna area with Finnish sauna, river pebble shower and relaxation room. Also worth mentioning is "fast fiber optic internet with 300 Mbit / s". This means that streaming films or even a video conference is possible without any problems and without any stuttering. On the ground floor, in addition to a large living and dining area with an adjoining south-facing terrace, you will find a reading room with a cozy XXL armchair and a fantastic view of the Schlei and Schleswig with the cathedral. There is also a guest toilet and the kitchen. From the kitchen you can access the second terrace facing south-east. With the morning sun, this is ideal for your first coffee. The entrance to the basement from the hallway leads you to another bedroom with a large single bed (120x200cm). Here you will also find the spacious, separate sauna area with river pebble shower and relaxation area with loungers. There is another toilet in the laundry room. The upper floor has two bedrooms, both of which are equipped with double beds. One bedroom also has a TV and a sofa bed (bed area 130cm), which offers space for two people. The other bedroom provides access to the sleeping loft, which offers another double bed (160x200cm). The large bathroom with a wonderful view of the Schlei from the triangular whirlpool bath also has a large river pebble shower. In addition to the carport, which offers covered parking for two cars, the property has a garage with numerous sockets for charging e-bikes. A spontaneous break is possible here, as the house is only an hour's drive from Hamburg! Even outside of the classic high season, the house and the surrounding area have a lot to offer in any weather: whether a few days of targeted time out - alone or with friends - reading in an XXL armchair with a wonderful view of the water, chilling, listening to music or just going for a walk - with or without a dog. Afterwards, go into the whirlpool with a view of the Schlei or into the sauna and then cook together and enjoy a good wine. Beautiful and cozy restaurants can be found in idyllic Eckernförde (20 minutes), for example, and a day trip to the beaches of Sylt is also possible - it is only 50-60 minutes from the house to Niebüll to catch the train to Sylt. In the immediate vicinity there is a golf course, horse riding opportunities and a sailing school in summer. The Schlei or the quiet Selker Noor is ideal for stand-up paddling. Children love the nearby Tolkschau and the famous Haitabu museum village with the Viking Museum and much more. Schleswig offers the best shopping opportunities (10 minutes by car). The stylish Eckernförde with its beautiful shops and restaurants can be easily reached in 20 minutes. Flensburg and the Baltic Sea can be reached in 30 minutes, and it is a good hour to and from Hamburg.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
