Located in Holstein Switzerland and the Mittlerer Stocksee nature reserve, within walking distance of the lake, this spacious property is set in a secluded location. It features a thatched shed, furnished as a spacious holiday apartment (approx. 90m²) for 2-4 nature lovers. Newly renovated and furnished in a country-house style, it has been offered as a holiday home for the first time since 2023.
The bedroom is very welcoming and cozy with a large window. On the opposite side is the walk-in closet with generous storage space.
The large loft-style living room features a pull-out sofa and a dining table for 4 people.
The large kitchen is fully equipped; there is also a table for at least 2 people.
The new bathroom has a large shower and is also equipped with a washing machine.

In front of the house is the garden with a lovely, sunny seating area.
Our farm has a small private equestrian center.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
