The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, two single sofa beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a radio, a TV, two fireplaces, a heather and two heathers. In addition there is a terrace, a garden and a pond and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a washbasin and a shower.

Shared use of the property includes a pond. The approximately 3000 m² quiet property borders a wooded area, part of which is a protected landscape.

The house has two apartments, each with a separate entrance and driveway, one of which is available for holiday rentals.

A large garden pond, a thatched-roof, historic stable building, and mature trees complete this idyllic setting. The building, dating from 1878 and a listed historical monument, has been restored according to its original design, while incorporating modern amenities.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
