This newly renovated beach house is located just a few meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Adjacent to the fenced, secure garden is a stream leading into the Baltic Sea.

It is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and is not visible from the rear. There are two parking spaces on the property.

The house is finished to a high standard with bright and airy, organic chalk paint. Large doors open onto the wooden deck that wraps around half of the house.

The terraces face south and west. On both sides, there are seating areas with comfortable cushions, pillows, and blankets, as well as two beach chairs.

The open and light-filled ground floor has partial underfloor heating, as does the bathroom on the upper floor.

The house is allergy-friendly and non-smoking, and was furnished according to organic principles. It is also particularly suitable for people with dust mite allergies and is equipped with a water softener.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
