This comfortably furnished, light-filled, 65 m² holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a small, well-maintained apartment complex in a quiet cul-de-sac. The lower level comprises a living room with a kitchenette and adjoining balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower/WC, a storage room, and a hallway. The converted attic (studio) is a children's paradise, featuring another double bed, a cozy sitting area, an LED TV, and a DVD/CD player.

All bedding is provided with disposable mite-proof covers for each guest.

Electric roller shutters and insect screens are fitted to all windows and the balcony door.

The floors are laminate or tiled (shower/WC).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
