The modern kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, towel warmer, and an infrared sauna.
Box-spring beds (1.60 x 2.00 m) in the bedroom ensure a restful sleep.
Partially covered terrace, garden furniture, and a beach chair.
During peak season, arrivals are on Fridays or Mondays. Short-stay packages (Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri) are available!
A €70 short-stay surcharge applies to bookings of less than 5 nights.
Weekend event surcharge applies from September 11th. - September 13, 2026 (X-Letics Grömitz)
High season: 3 nights Fri-Mon, surcharge per night €60. 4 nights Mon-Fri, surcharge per night €40.
No surcharge for stays of 7 nights or more.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
