Our 3-room holiday apartment "Strandblick" (Beach View) in Scharbeutz, located in the Meetz beach house, is just 25 meters from the white, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the pier, right in the heart of the beach area. You really couldn't find a more central location.

The apartment on the first floor features a living room with a dining area overlooking the Baltic Sea and the pier, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a shower room, two balconies with sea views and evening sun, and Wi-Fi. A parking space is located directly at the building, as is a bicycle garage with space for 10 bicycles and charging points for e-bikes. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room in the basement.

The "Strandblick" apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 1 infant (0-3 years old).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
