The holiday apartment "Dünenzauber" (Dune Magic) is located on the ground floor of a residential complex completed in 2016 in Scharbeutz, just 150 meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach. The lively dune promenade directly on the Baltic Sea, with its many restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and charming shops, is easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes.

A beach chair is available for free use on the beach (May 15th - September 15th).

A beautiful holiday apartment awaits you, decorated in warm colors in a Hamton style, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Natural materials and a well-designed layout create a truly special ambiance for enjoying well-deserved vacation days. The heart of the apartment is the spacious dining area for four people with a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, perfect for socializing and cooking together. From here, you can access the furnished, west-facing balcony with its lovely view of the surrounding greenery. The living area features a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.

You can expect a beautiful holiday apartment decorated in warm colors in a Hamton style, conveying a sense of comfort and well-being. There is one bedroom furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and electric blackout blinds. An extra bed (max. 80 kg) can be provided in the living area for a third person. The high-quality, interior bathroom features a large, walk-in shower, toilet, washer-dryer, underfloor heating, and a radio. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.

A reserved parking space is located in the underground garage. Covered bicycle racks are available next to the building entrance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
