The "Seaside" apartment is located in the heart of Scharbeutz, directly on the beach, in a prime location on Lübeck Bay.

It was completely renovated in spring 2022. New, high-quality furnishings in a modern design create a perfect ambiance.

An elevator takes you to the apartment on the second floor of this exclusive building. A spacious, bright living room awaits you, featuring a large sectional sofa and a dining area. The windows span the entire width of the apartment (approx. 6 m). Thanks to its pull-out bed function, the modern sofa can be easily converted into a sleeping area of approximately 120 cm. The apartment also offers an interior bedroom with a comfortable double bed (sleeping area approx. 180 cm) and an additional smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and ceramic cooktop. The large hallway has a built-in wardrobe, and there is also a separate storage room. The bathroom features a rain shower and a washing machine.

On the east-facing balcony (approx. 15 m²), you can enjoy the morning sunrise and views over Lübeck Bay, or the afternoon and evening sun. An awning provides shade.

Free Wi-Fi and a parking space on the gated property are available for your car.

Bicycles can be rented next door at Tobi's Bicycle Rental, or you can bring your own and store them in the bicycle room.

Pets are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
