The holiday apartment is located directly on the beach avenue with a view of the dune mile. Restaurants, cafes, boutiques and bakeries are just a few meters away. Other leisure activities such as mini golf courses, playgrounds and a skate park are also quickly accessible. Enjoy the sun on the beautiful wooden terrace with a small lawn.

A beautiful bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm box spring bed, 32" LCD TV including DVD player and external roller shutters invites you to relax and unwind.

In the living and dining area you can enjoy TV evenings on the sofa bed approx. 140 x 200 cm. A large LCD flat screen TV, Bluray player and music system with CD/radio/USB/MP3/Bluetooth are of course included.

Wi-Fi is of course free of charge!

The pantry kitchen with designer back wall is ready for a great gourmet meal with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc. A relaxing holiday day starts in the feel-good shower room with elegant washbasin, wellness lighting, floor-level shower tray and towel radiator + underfloor heating!

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests. (The bed can be set up in the
bedroom!)

The floor in the living area is covered with elegant designer flooring. You can easily reach the holiday apartment from the Underground parking. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the building for a fee.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
