The separate holiday apartment Salemer See is located in the historic village center of Salem. A private entrance leads to the first floor of this two-family house.
There you will find three rooms and a bathroom. The living space is approximately 56 square meters. This section was converted into a holiday apartment at the end of 2015. A modern eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms offer 3-4 guests comfortable accommodation near the lake. In front of the house are two parking spaces and an area with garden furniture overlooking a pond with water lilies, koi, and frogs.
The gentle sound of the water stream makes sitting outside even more enjoyable. The entire area in front of the house is exclusively for the use of our holiday guests.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
