Detailed information
The house is located in a small part of the village with six houses, three of which are thatched, surrounded by meadows and fields. Behind the house is an extensive landscape conservation area with meadows and canals.
The house has a living area of approx. 130 m² and offers enough space for up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. There are a total of four bedrooms and
a 34 square metre living room. The rooms are tasteful, functional and partly furnished with antique furniture. A new fine oak parquet floor complements the existing pine floorboards. The bedrooms have double beds made up of single beds, the children's rooms have single beds. Two additional cots are available for small children. The layout of the house is also suitable for 2 families with children or for a family with grandparents. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and WC, and there is another WC with washbasin in a separate room. There is also a new bathroom with shower and washbasin. Internet access (fibre optic) is available throughout the house and garden and is free of charge.
The house is detached in a quiet location on a 2000 square metre plot with a barn and is surrounded by fields. The large front garden is fenced and therefore very suitable for children and dogs. The back garden has a swing and a sandpit and plenty of space for playing and barbecuing. Garden furniture and garden loungers are of course available.
Parts of the thatched-roof house are more than 200 years old. It was completely renovated in 2018. A new kitchen was installed in 2024.
The sea with its sandy beach is around 10 kilometres away, and several seaside and spa resorts on the
Baltic Sea coast such as Dahme or Grömitz can be reached in a quarter of an hour by car.

Payment terms and -periods
