Adults only! Modernly furnished one-room holiday apartment/studio for a maximum of two adults in a prime location directly on the beach promenade of Niendorf/Ostsee. Windows facing the sea offer a beautiful, unobstructed panoramic view of the beach and Lübeck Bay.
Niendorf/Ostsee is part of the municipality of Timmendorfer Strand.
Approximately 40 sq m studio (non-smoking!) on the 3rd floor (top floor). An elevator is available in the building.
Please note that the apartment is only rented to a maximum of two adults!
Apartment layout and furnishings: hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower,
spacious living room with open-plan kitchen including dishwasher, double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), sitting area with two armchairs, smart TV and free Wi-Fi access (not part of the rental agreement), all windows with sea views.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment/building! Parking platform (double parking system) for cars with a maximum height of 1.50m included. Additional outdoor parking space available upon request.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
