The badroom is equipped with two hairdryers, two baths, four showers and two washbasins.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and toys and there are three cots.

Recharge your batteries amidst unspoiled nature. Mind and soul need creative breaks now and then. At the Melkerhaus, you can wonderfully celebrate moments of doing nothing. You don't even need to worry about your four-legged friends. The fenced property ensures your dogs also have a fantastic holiday.

The idyllic location of the Melkerhaus is captivating. Situated on the avenue leading to our estate between the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea, it offers pure relaxation.

The house has been beautifully renovated with charming interior furnishings. The living room with its wood-burning stove invites you to unwind. From the kitchen, you can access the very large, fenced garden, and the terrace is perfect for sunbathing.

On the ground floor, there is a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, there are two further rooms: one with a 1.40m x 2.00m bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a shower room. Everyone will find their perfect spot here. The wellness area for all our guests on the farm leaves nothing to be desired with its Finnish sauna and infrared cabin.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
