Discover our idyllic hideaway on Pellworm! The newly renovated "groode holiday flat", situated at ground level and generously sized at 70 square metres, is your ideal retreat. Here you will find an ambience that invites you to relax and unwind - perfect for all kinds of travellers who want to enjoy precious holidays in a loving atmosphere.

Inside the holiday flat you will find a harmonious blend of functionality and cosiness. A modern kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and a cosy dining area, offers a view of the large garden. The living room with cosy sofa, flat-screen TV, Chromecast, DVD player, hi-fi system and free Wi-Fi promises relaxing hours. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, promise a good night's sleep. A modern bathroom with shower and washer-dryer completes the interior, and bed linen and towels are included.

Outside the flat, a large terp with an extensive, well-tended farm garden invites you to explore and relax. The private terrace, surrounded by impressive natural scenery, is the perfect place for cosy hours outdoors, be it for breakfast at sunrise or with a glass of wine under the starry sky.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
