The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions, a radio and a stereo. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins, a bath and two hairdryers.

The GUD JARD Chalet for 2 to 7 people (139 m²) meets the highest standards: a luxurious bathroom with a private sauna, a spacious terrace (54 m²), a private garden, elegant design, a SONOS multi-room system, solid wood designer furniture, and a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. You can even enjoy your favorite music in the large, relaxing sauna using the integrated Bluetooth sound system.

The three bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200 cm) and a large built-in wardrobe. An extra bed (80x200 cm) can be added if needed (for a fee). Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a 32" TV. The majestic living room (39 m²) with a ceiling height of 5.80 m and a gallery on the upper floor features a dining area with an open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar, as well as a comfortable sofa area with a 40" TV and a SONOS soundbar. You can control the sound system via smartphone using the SONOS app. In addition to the shower room on the ground floor, the upper floor features a spacious full bathroom (18 m²) with a freestanding bathtub, a large sauna, and a balcony. The lounge furniture in the gallery invites you to curl up with a good book, or you can simply gaze in awe at the expansive views of Pellworm through the large panoramic windows. All kitchen appliances, including the stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment, as well as the washing machine and dryer, are from Miele. A high-speed internet connection (e.g., for streaming) is available thanks to a state-of-the-art 250 Mbps fiber optic connection. The Wi-Fi in the house can be deactivated upon request.

You can also enjoy your meals in peace and quiet on the large terrace. A terrace table and eight chairs are provided, and three sun loungers invite you to soak up the sun. The garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and play. Even in the cooler months, nature and the house complement each other perfectly. After long walks along the dikes in the fresh sea air, simply make yourself comfortable in the sauna or on the sofa, or indulge in what works best here: blissful idleness!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
