A cozy and peaceful apartment awaits you, accommodating up to three people, with a lovely southwest-facing terrace and a small garden. Our holiday apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. During the chilly winter months, you can warm up by our fireplace. Enjoy the relaxing tranquility of the artists' village of Oldsum. This charming village offers a restaurant – the "Ual Fering Wiartshüs," popular cafés like "Stellys Hüüs" and "Im Apfelgarten" (Inge Haferkorn), shops, small galleries, and a bicycle rental – all just a short walk away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
