The renovation work on the holiday house in Oldenswort (“Oldi”) is finally complete. It is a residential house from the 1950s, measures around 60-70m² and is on a beautiful mature site in the historical centre of Oldenswort.

The site features a garden, a playground area and a parking space.

A charmingly furnished little house awaits you. The ground floor has a little built-in kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher etc.) with an adjoining living and dining room. There is a bathroom with a shower and a guest WC. the upper floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a small bedroom with a bunk bed (100 x 200cm), so four people can be accommodated, with a further bed available in the living room. Wireless Internet access is provided.

You can find everyday shops within walking distance. Plenty of typical regional cuisine also awaits you, as well as a little playground about 150 metres from the holiday house. You can go on trips from here in all directions. St-Peter-Ording, Sylt, Husum and the North Frisian islands, for example. Soend your holiday in the north of Schleswig-Holstein on the Eiderstedt peninsula, in the largest village, and have breakfast under a walnut tree.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
