Four-room thatched-roof holiday home with approximately 80m² of living space and stunning sea views for five people, three bedrooms, a shower/toilet, a guest toilet, a kitchen, and a terrace with a beach chair.

The living room features a dining table, a sofa, a coffee table, two reclining chairs, satellite TV, radio, CD player, free calls to German landlines, free Wi-Fi (own equipment required), and access to a private terrace.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The second floor has another bedroom with a single bed and satellite TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a four-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, all necessary dishes, a coffee maker, a kettle, and an egg cooker (nothing is missing).

The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirrored cabinet, hairdryer, towel warmer, and underfloor heating. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet with a sink and mirrored cabinet.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
