The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a heather and two televisions. In addition there is a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a freezer, a fridge and two tumble dryers.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The Brandente (approx. 80 sq m) is designed for a maximum occupancy of 4 people plus an infant. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious living room with direct access to the terrace.

The living room features a comfortable seating area and a large dining table. In addition to the TV, there is a DAB/Internet radio with Bluetooth and USB charging. Free Wi-Fi is available. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine. A guest WC is accessible from the hallway.

The charming wooden staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The full bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. Another room is located in the attic. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes.

The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair, available from Easter until mid-October. Enjoy the view of the Wadden Sea and the Amrum Odde.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the shared basement. There is a bicycle parking area in front of the house. Your free parking space is located below the house.

Smoking is not permitted in "Brandente," as in all our apartments. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, we kindly ask you to observe this no-smoking policy. We do not allow pets in this apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
