In the quiet Nieblum district of Goting, this exclusive semi-detached house boasts a thatched roof and a large, private garden and terrace area (with a sauna).

The lovingly and tastefully furnished semi-detached house (on the left) offers approximately 100 m² of living space for two to four people (non-smokers only), providing ample room for a relaxing holiday.

Free Wi-Fi is available. A private washing machine and dryer are provided. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: Private entrance, spacious hallway with stairs leading to the upper floor and access to the private southeast-facing garden (including a beach chair) with a sauna (for sole use), bedroom with a double bed, shower room/WC, spacious living and dining room with open-plan kitchen, historic Mylin tiled stove, flat-screen TV, DVD player, etc.

Upper floor: Living/reading area, bathroom with shower and bathtub/WC, bedroom with a double bed (with an additional TV).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
