The Baltic Sea holiday house is on a quiet holiday house complex with direct access to a free and monitored beach 150 metres away.

The site, which is completely fenced in and lined with blossoming bushes and hedges, has a large lawn. A canopy beach chair invites you to sit and relax. The south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a parasol is blessed with sunshine from the morning to the afternoon. There is a carport in front of the house where you can park a car and several bicycles conveniently. Right in front of the house there is also a public parking strip for residents at the holiday house complex.

The house of around 80m2 provides ample space for four people. It has gas central heating and can therefore be let out all year round. In winter it is also possible to use a fireplace stove that also heats water. On the ground floor, apart from a shower room with a toilet, there is a large and light living room with a dining space, an open kitchen and access to the sheltered south-facing terrace. The bathroom and living room have underfloor heating. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. One of them is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, the other two each with a berth bed for single use (90 x 220cm). There is also a second toilet on the upper floor. There is a desk in the hallway with a sea view.

It is about 500 metres to a little supermarket and a little restaurant, which are open from Easter to the end of the autumn holiday. There are a further supermarket, a butcher and two restaurants in Neukirchen about 6km away. The dog beach is about 900 meters away and can be reached via a wide footpath along the high bank. Your holiday accommodation is an ideal place for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing stay. You can explore the surroundings by bike along the well-developed network of trails. The island Fehmarn is also suitable for maritime leisure activities such as swimming, sailing and surfing. A few kilometres away, visible from the Kraksdorf beach, there are the sailing harbours at Großenbrode and Burgtiefe on Fehmarn, with possibilities for beginners and the more advanced. Other recreational activities include beach fishing at the natural beach at Kraksdorf, riding at the far and various leisure pools. The Graswarder nature reserve, in front of the Baltic Sea spa town Heiligenhafen, is largely unspoilt nature and a popular breeding and resting place for many types of birds.

The Baltic Sea holiday house also offers a modern touring bicycle with 12 gears and an aluminium folding bicycle with three gears.
Due to a steep staircase the object is not suitable for children under 5 years.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
