Detailed information

Following extensive renovations, all apartments in the Dünem holiday home have been shining in brand new splendor since May 2020. The Dünem holiday home is located on Amrumer Waldweg and was built on a beautiful property in a completely peaceful location.

The "Biike" apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideally suited for a holiday for two. All rooms are bright and airy. The furnishings are brand new, state-of-the-art, and very stylishly selected.

The living room features a TV and seating for four at a dining table. The open-plan kitchen includes a ceramic hob with four burners and an oven. A refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a kettle are also provided.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. We are happy to provide baby cots and highchairs upon request.

The beautiful garden can be used by all guests of the house. Garden furniture for each apartment and play equipment for children are available on the lawns surrounding the house.

A washing machine and dryer are available for you and the other guests in the basement.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
