In addition there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a washbasin.

The apartment has a bedroom with two separate beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony with chairs and a table and a view of the Baltic Sea and its Ochseninseln. The lovingly maritime-style living room has a TV and DVD player, as well as a comfortable seating area and a dining table for two people. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
