Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the North Frisian countryside and on the beaches and secluded dykes of the North Sea. The Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park with its UNESCO World Heritage Site and unique landscape begins in the immediate vicinity of the modern Scandi-style holiday flat in Mildstedt (built in 2022), a charming town in North Friesland. The district town of Husum with its idyllic harbour is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 12 minutes away by bike).
Make yourself at home in our modern holiday flat "Butze 2" in a modern and cosy Scandi style plus garden and terrace. The open-plan living and kitchen area is bright and friendly. The fully equipped fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From here you have direct access to the terrace and garden. There is also a WC with shower. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). In the living room there is a sofa bed, so that a stay with four people is also possible.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, so you won't get cold feet even on chilly days. Entertainment is also provided - the TV in the living room also contains Netflix and other media libraries.
Mildstedt, with around 3,800 inhabitants, is a very popular village with rural charm in the heart of North Friesland and in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque harbour town of Husum with its many shopping and leisure facilities. It is approx. 12 minutes by bike to Husum harbour. In Mildstedt you will find all your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Two bakeries, doctors, pharmacy, banks/ ATMs, supermarket, two restaurants and a snack bar are just a two-minute walk away. Various leisure activities such as hiking, horse riding, tennis, bowling, fun in the indoor leisure park etc. and countless nearby excursion destinations make Mildstedt a unique living and residential environment.
For those who like to pedal, the area around Mildstedt is easy to discover by bike. If you prefer swimming in the North Sea, take the short journey to Husum to the Dockkoogspitze bathing area or to Lundenbergsand in Simonsberg. Thanks to its central location, you can head out in all directions from Mildstedt: By boat to the North Frisian islands (Helgoland, Pellworm, Hooge etc.), by bike along the coast and idyllic villages or on an excursion to the Baltic Sea and as far as Denmark. Walk in the footsteps of Theodor Storm through the town of his birth and enjoy the healthy North Sea climate on the dyke.
