The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a balcony, a sauna and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath and two toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, two fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

This modern two-room apartment offers 52 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to four people – ideal for couples, small families, or friends who value quality and comfort.

A particular highlight is the covered, west-facing loggia, which provides sunshine and fresh Baltic Sea air throughout the day. Enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax with a good book, or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening sun. The loggia is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and is furnished with comfortable garden furniture – perfect for relaxing hours outdoors.

With its underfloor heating, sun-protection glazed windows (some floor-to-ceiling), and tasteful decor, the apartment offers a comfortable living environment year-round. Free Wi-Fi and a clothes drying rack are also provided.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
