Our holiday home is located in the Süderheide Valley – directly between Kampen and List.

Beautifully situated on the Wadden Sea, in a quiet thatched-roof settlement.

The large, natural property (approx. 2,000 m²) is wonderfully surrounded by wild roses and heather.

The house offers approximately 100 m² of living space and is ideally suited for 2-6 people. It features a spacious living and dining area, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

If needed, our annex can also be rented, allowing for an additional 4 people.

This way, you can enjoy your holiday in a very private atmosphere while still being just a two-minute walk from the Wadden Sea or the East Beach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
