To the northeast (morning sun!), you'll find beautiful views of the biotope and the Marina Hülsen yacht harbor, while to the west, the upper floor offers views of the Schlei fjord.

Even in the cooler months, this all-wood holiday home exudes cozy comfort. A wood-burning stove, heated floor tiles, a spacious sauna (1.80 x 2.00 m), a large bathtub with a whirlpool function, and bright, high-quality furnishings combine to create a truly inviting atmosphere.

The ground floor features a bright and inviting living area with a wood-burning stove, a generous dining area, an open-plan kitchen, a utility room, a spa-like bathroom, a hallway, and a guest WC. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide direct access to the terrace and the large garden. The house is surrounded by typical regional plants such as lilac and hazelnut.

A curved beechwood staircase leads to the upper floor. From all the windows on this level, you have wonderful views of the Schlei landscape. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a shower room. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one has a single bed and a desk.

The "Rapeseed Blossom House" is ideal for families or couples traveling together who don't want to compromise on space and comfort, even on vacation. A lockable shed provides storage for your bicycles or water sports equipment. A beach chair and your favorite book await you on the terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
