Our inviting, timber-framed holiday home is situated on a secluded, spacious plot in a quiet location (a residential street, cul-de-sac).

The bright, spacious living room (38 m²) is tastefully furnished and features an integrated, fully equipped kitchen. A wood-burning stove provides warmth and comfort throughout the house during the colder months. All rooms are also equipped with electric radiators. A comfortable sitting area with satellite TV and a stereo system offers relaxation and entertainment.

In addition to the three comfortable bedrooms, the alcove provides an extra 1.40 m wide bed.

The partially covered wooden terrace leads to the large, sunny garden. Children will find plenty of play options both indoors and outdoors, including a climbing frame, swings, and toys. A highchair, travel cot, buggy, and changing table are also provided.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
