The six heritage-protected linden trees on site complete the harmonious scene. The apartment has a big glass front to the rear, affording an unobstructed view over the meadows and moor area behind. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a convection oven and an infrared grill, a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide, while the living room has a big sofa bed for two people and a dining corner with four chairs, as well as a 37” TFT television with digital satellite TV and a DVD player, as well as a stereo system with a CD player, a USB port and Line-In (AUX). The bathroom includes a hairdryer. An iron, ironing board and cot are available.

The entrance is separate and there is a private driveway, which you can park on right in front of the door.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
