General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single folding beds, six single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a CD player, a stereo and a heater. In addition there is a billiard, a football table, a sauna, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, a stove, a coffee maker, an oven and a convection microwave.

Year-round swimming is guaranteed in the heated 14.5 m² indoor pool equipped with Roman steps, a water slide, and a counter-current system for active laps. The wellness area also features a large built-in whirlpool and a sauna for complete relaxation. The heart of the property is a bright, open-plan kitchen and living space complete with full appliances, a wood-burning stove, TV, stereo, and full underfloor heating throughout the entire house. For friendly entertainment, head into the activity room for billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 4 gaming corner. The home sleeps up to 14 guests across 5 double bedrooms (with single beds that can be pushed together) and a sleeping loft, supported by 2 bathrooms—one equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A baby cot and high chair are available for younger guests. Outdoors, a partially covered terrace features a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for outdoor dining even in summer rain, with a shared playground located close by. Please note that pool, spa, and wellness facilities incur higher utility consumption, periodic construction noise may occur from ongoing development in the area, and youth group bookings are strictly prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
