Large, light-filled living/dining area with a 7-meter-wide, floor-to-ceiling window front and stunning sea views, open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, generous worktop), private south-facing balcony with electric awning. Bedroom with double bed and partial sea view, second small bedroom for two people with a modern sofa bed and also a partial sea view.

Modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Plenty of space to play. Internet-enabled TV with media library - Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the first row directly on the clifftop of the Hohes Ufer residential complex in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The main beach is about a 2-minute walk away, and the family beach is also just a few minutes' walk away (even with a stroller).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
