The house features a combined living room and kitchen, two separate bedrooms with double beds, and a relaxation/reading room on the top floor. It also has two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.

The bedrooms and living room are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

There are five network connections in the rooms as well as fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Our guests can relax on the terraces, which are furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
