Newly built semi-detached house (2013) with approximately 84 m² for up to 6 people.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area. A comfortable sofa (which converts into a bed) invites you to relax. The fitted kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, etc. From the living room, you can access the two terraces (east- and south-facing). These are furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair where you can enjoy the sunshine.

A storage area under the stairs provides ample space for your luggage.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), as well as built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. There is also a shower room/WC. The attic contains another bedroom with a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have a TV connection.

A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.

A parking space is available directly in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is prohibited!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
