The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a radio and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.

This cozy, bright ground-floor apartment is located on the south side of the building and features a large sun terrace just steps from the inland lake.

The light-filled living/sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), a large sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday needs. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds (approx. 90 x 200 cm) and its own TV. Both bedrooms can be darkened.

Your pet is very welcome here – please feel free to ask! Please note that only one dog is allowed in the apartment.

Parking is very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The beach hotel is located directly opposite the beach and is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. The apartment has a high-speed internet connection, independent of the building's mains connection.

High-speed internet access is available in the apartment, separate from the building's mains connection. ATTENTION: During peak season, arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays!

On 1,7 kilometer of 301045 you will find one or more restaurants. You can also relax, because near 301045 in Heiligenhafen you can go to the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
