The holiday home for 10 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a radio and a heather. In addition there is a jacuzzi and a sauna and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove, an oven and a stovetop.

On 300 meter of TYP A you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 300 meter. You can also relax, because near TYP A in Großenbrode you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
