For two people, it offers modern, cozy Scandinavian-style furnishings and single-level, barrier-free living, making it ideal for those with limited mobility and wheelchair users.

The combined living and sleeping area is flooded with natural light thanks to its open ceiling design and features Nordic furnishings, a sheepskin rug, candles, and beautiful light colors, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Should our typical North German weather not entice you to venture outside, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. An easel and painting supplies hint at the property's past as an artist's studio and offer inspiration for creative expression – let the beautiful Schlei region inspire you!

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You can enjoy these at the small dining table or on the adjacent terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture and perfect for sunny days. If it gets a bit windy, you'll find a cozy, sheltered retreat in the beach chair.

The house's bathroom is fully accessible, allowing wheelchair users unrestricted movement: the walk-in shower is roll-in and equipped with a shower seat and grab bars, and there are also grab bars by the toilet for added support.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
