Located on the Holnis peninsula, this spacious 115m² apartment offers four guests (plus one small child) the opportunity to enjoy peace and quiet and proximity to the sea. The apartment, situated in a terraced house, features a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing days with family or friends right by the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, and the two ovens are electric. A dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are also provided. The open-plan living/dining area has a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. A sauna with a view of the fjord is located in the garden.

We do not have a charging station for electric cars. However, charging via the house's regular electrical system is possible by prior arrangement.

The cost of charging the car would also need to be agreed upon.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
