The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a CD player, a TV, a gas fireplace and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

About the vacation home Our vacation home in Friedrichskoog-Spitze – Scandinavian feel-good atmosphere on the North Sea! Welcome to our little feel-good spot on the North Sea, also recognized as a North Sea spa resort. Our vacation home, lovingly furnished in Scandinavian style, is located in the popular Nordsee Deichblick Friedrichskoog-Spitze – a place where you can immediately take a deep breath and let your soul unwind. The bathroom was renovated in early 2025 with a rain shower, whirlpool, sauna, and elaborate granite work. The kitchen and living area as well as the bedrooms also feature elaborate granite work, such as the kitchen countertop, granite shelves, and granite window sills. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The bright kitchen is fully equipped – ideal for cooking together and starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun. And when the sun slowly sets in the evening, the spacious wooden terrace, which was renovated in 2025, with its comfortable garden furniture and barbecue, invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. In addition to the patio furniture, there are also deck chairs and a sandstone seal. On cooler days, the crackling fireplace in the living area creates a wonderfully warm and relaxed atmosphere. The garden is perfect for playing, sunbathing, or simply being outdoors. The house is non-smoking, modernly furnished, and equipped with central heating—so you can feel completely comfortable in any season. The location is simply ideal: just a few meters away from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, large pirate playground, and indoor play park in the whale building. Whether it's bike tours through the coastal landscape, a trip to the water park, or a relaxing day at the beach – there is something for everyone to discover here. We hope you feel just as at home in our vacation home as we do – and that your vacation is a very special time.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
