There is a bathroom with a washing machine and two bedrooms with double beds. The bright kitchen is fully equipped – ideal for cooking together and starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun. And when the sun slowly sets in the evening, the large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. On cooler days, the bioethanol stove in the living area creates a wonderfully warm and relaxed atmosphere. The garden is perfect for playing, sunbathing, or simply being outdoors. The house is non-smoking, modernly furnished, and equipped with central heating – so you can feel completely comfortable in any season. The location is simply ideal: just a few meters away from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, large pirate playground, and indoor play park in the whale building. Whether it's bike tours through the coastal landscape, a trip to the water park, or a relaxing day at the beach – there is something for everyone to discover here. We hope you feel just as at home in our vacation home as we do – and that your vacation is a very special time.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
