The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stereo, a TV, a CD player and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a convection microwave.

The garden is perfect for playing, sunbathing, or simply being outdoors. The house is non-smoking, modernly furnished, and equipped with central heating – so you can feel completely comfortable in any season. The location is simply ideal: just a few meters away from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, large pirate playground, and indoor play park in the whale building. Whether it's bike tours through the coastal landscape, a trip to the water park, or a relaxing day at the beach – there is something for everyone to discover here. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
