Our vacation home, lovingly furnished in Scandinavian style, is located in the popular North Sea beach park Friedrichskoog – a place where you can immediately take a deep breath and let your soul unwind. The wood-paneled walls and high sloping ceilings give the house a cozy, friendly, and spacious atmosphere. On cooler evenings, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room in front of the cozy warm fireplace and satellite TV, or relax in the sauna with room for 4 people after a long walk. At the end of 2024, the kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated, and the house also has completely new interior furnishings. In addition, all electrical systems have been replaced to ensure comfort, safety, and a reliable power supply. There are 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a bathroom with a washing machine. The bright, open-plan kitchen is also equipped with modern appliances – ideal for cooking together and starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun. And when the sun slowly sets in the evening, the large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. We hope you feel just as at home in our vacation home as we do – and that your vacation is a very special time.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
