On the lower level, the flat offers a living room, bathroom with marble fittings and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the second floor, there are two separate bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people and a roof terrace with a beautiful view over the rooftops of the old town of Flensburg.
The central location in the middle of Flensburg's city centre is particularly attractive here. The flat is located at the harbour near the Nordermarkt and is idyllically quiet despite its central location. Flensburg's Nordermarkt is practically the culinary centre of the city, with everything you could wish for represented here. From cafés and restaurants to fish sandwiches, nothing is left to be desired. Right on the doorstep is the pier for the historic excursion steamer "Alexandra" on one side and Flensburg's shopping street begins on the other, stretching from Nordermarkt to Südermarkt and even further into Rote Straße.

Parking is always available in the multi-storey car park next to the building.
You can also go on excursions into the surrounding area without your own car. For example, from the jetty of the saloon steamer "Alexandra" or from the central Flensburg bus station, which can be reached in a few minutes. With your own car, you can reach the numerous beaches in no time and you can also start a trip to Denmark, the Danish border is about 15 minutes away. The popular e-scooters are also brand new in Flensburg and can be easily rented via an app.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
