The open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV, sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm / 55.5 x 70.5 in), and adjoining dining area with a fitted kitchen is wheelchair accessible. The bedroom features a double bed (box spring bed, 180 cm x 200 cm / 55.5 x 70.5 in), which can optionally be converted into two single beds. Please specify your preference when booking.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and washing machine.

Free parking is available on site (no reservation required). Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is free of charge. The apartment comfortably accommodates two people.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
