Our apartment (80 m²) is non-smoking and accessible. The cozy master bedroom and the spacious children's room invite you to a restful sleep. The apartment features a bright shower room with toilet. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc., leaves nothing to be desired. A washing machine and dryer are available. In the spacious, light-filled living room, you will find a smart TV, a radio with CD player, and free Wi-Fi fiber optic connection to keep you connected.

Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable warmth throughout the apartment.

The covered terrace, furnished with high-quality garden furniture, invites you to relax in the sun.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
