Bright, beautiful and cosy furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the loggia. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Balcony furniture, covered balcony. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
The port is expected to be closed until the end of 2024 due to construction work. Resort "Ostsee Residenz", 7 storeys. In the centre of Damp 20 km from the centre of Eckernförde, 40 km from the centre of Schleswig, 100 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: children's playground. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
