Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture. View of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
The port is expected to be closed until the end of 2024 due to construction work. Resort "Ostsee-Residenz", 7 storeys. In the centre of Damp 20 km from the centre of Eckernförde, 40 km from the centre of Schleswig, 100 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: children's playground. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
