Detailed information
HausOstsee is situated in a prime location, approx. 80 metres from the beach, which is subject to visitor's tax. Flat C is on the ground floor and has a terrace (with garden furniture). The flat has a bedroom (two single beds), another room with a bunk bed and a large living and dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with filter coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery and pots and pans, radio and LCD-DVBT-TV. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, otherwise no other pets are allowed. Car parking space subject to availability (max. one car, unfortunately not suitable for VW bus or similar vehicles). There is a coin-operated tumble dryer and a coin-operated washing machine in the house. There are a total of 6 holiday flats in the house. A barbecue area is available. The dog beach and the promenade are both 80 metres away. HausOstsee is a child-friendly house and there is a large playground just a few metres away. On the 2 km long promenade you will find many cafés, restaurants and boutiques. The beach is 6.5 km long and is perfect for hours of walking with your four-legged friend. There are signposted routes for joggers and walkers in Dahme.
The linen package includes the following: 1 linen package for 1 person, consisting of 2 x towels, 1 x bath towel, 1 x pillowcase, 1 x duvet cover and 1 x fitted sheet.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
